Range of Intercom Systems
Stemar provide a wide range of intercom systems that include audio, video, wireless and GSM.
Zartek is a great wireless intercom system with a typical range of 50-70m in built-up areas and further in open terrain. It’s portable and rechargeable handsets give you the convenience of answering calls from anywhere within range of the gate station. Multiple gate stations and handsets can be added and there is intercommunication between handsets.
Entry level audio and video wired intercom systems such as Commax and Kocom are available in kit forms and are perfect if only one or two handsets are required.
Polophone is a wired system and a great choice for most residential homes catering for up to 5 components (max 2x gate stations) e.g. 1 gate station and 4 handsets or 2 gate stations and three handsets and includes an internal call and communication facility.
BPT is a component-based wired intercom system easily expandable to meet the requirements of any large property.
GSM based intercom systems have become the perfect solution to replace wired systems for residential complexes, estates, business parks and the like. The MKii GSM intercom is by the most popular and it not only serves as an intercom system, it includes access control solutions too.
MKii GSM intercom is the best solution for Residential Complexes and Business Parks
The MKii GSM intercom is not just a cellular based intercom system designed to screen access at the gates of residential complexes and estates, it also serves as an access control system which is always a concern where visitors and staff are concerned. Used in conjunction with specifically designed Tap-Tap Keypads, the resident automatically receives an SMS with an exit code when they grant a visitor access into the complex OR alternatively the resident can request one or multiple entry and exit codes by sending an SMS to the MKii. All unused codes automatically expire at midnight. Furthermore, three telephone / cellular numbers can be loaded per individual unit and detailed reports of gate usage (amongst other) are stored in the cloud.
NOVA gate remote controls can be programmed through the MKii and be given specific rights, e.g. staff remote only active on Monday and Thursday between 08h00 and 17h00. If remotes are lost, they are simply deleted from the system and new ones are securely added directly from a PC / Laptop using a BT Loader without having to be on the site.
